Stay Cool!

It is HOT out there!! Tigard and Portland are having another heat wave.

😰A friendly reminder to make sure your Dog doesn't spend too much time outside in this heat. If you don't have AC inside make sure your fans and any cooling remedies are also available for your Pup!

💦 Access to fresh, clean water is essential.

❌Hot pavement and sidewalks don't affect us the same way because we have shoes! Your dog may not like to wear their shoes [if you have them] but it will keep their paw pads protected! If you see your Dog doing a little dance it is beyond time to get them off the hot surfaces. Access to grass or other yard-type areas for doing their business will certainly help protect their paws also!

🌡️Most crucial: Please do not leave your Dog in a car in hot weather for any reason. Even with windows cracked, there is no way to keep them cool enough. Show them ALL the love by leaving them home if you must venture out.
